About Us
Over 30 years connecting nature and people
In Espot, one of the main gateways to Aigüestortes and Estany de Sant Maurici National Park, we have been offering specialized transport services for over 30 years to all those who wish to enjoy nature comfortably, safely, and respectfully.
We'll take you there. We'll take care of you.
Come and discover the Park with us.
With the aim of improving service quality and better coordinating routes, in 1996 we founded the Espot Taxi Association, currently comprising 25 4×4 vehicles and a team of professionals who know the area well and are passionate about its natural environment.
Since then, we have worked every day to offer excursions and transfers adapted to the needs of each visitor, with maximum safety and a commitment to preserving the beauty of the Park. Whether in summer or winter, as a couple, with friends, or with family, we have routes for everyone: from access to Estany de Sant Maurici to lesser-known but equally spectacular itineraries.
You’ll find us in Espot, in the heart of Pallars Sobirà, in the Lleida Pyrenees, a privileged location surrounded by mountains, lakes, and trails that invite you to disconnect and reconnect with nature.

Location
Where we are
We are located right at the entrance to the village of Espot, on the right-hand side, in the northwest corner of Catalonia, in the Pallars Sobirà region, just 30 km from Sort, its capital.
Situated at an altitude of 1,320 meters, Espot is the gateway to the Estany de Sant Maurici area and retains all the charm of the high mountain villages of the Pyrenees.
Among its points of interest are the parish church of Santa Llogaia, already documented in 839, a typical valley construction with a single nave and a square tower bell tower. In Espot Obago stands the Torre de los Moros, an ancient circular defensive tower. And in the center of the village, a Romanesque bridge over the Escrita river connects the two neighborhoods of Espot: Solau and Obago.
